Protein Pudding

Looking for a sweet treat to satisfy your sweet tooth to help you hit your protein goal?? Look no further!


Here's what you'll need:

2 scoops Level-1 flavor of choice

2 cups milk of choice

1 packet sugar free instant pudding mix


Here's what you'll do:

  • Mix together until it’s smooth without lumps

  • Add one packet of sugar free Jello instant pudding and mix for 90 seconds until it’s smooth (it’ll be mostly set already)

  • Divide into 6-8 cups and allow them to set in the fridge for at least an hour

  • Can also be put in popsicle molds for some protein pops!


So so so good and takes that craving for sweets while helping me hit my macros! Only about 100 calories per a serving (depending on milk used)!
