Protein Coffee☕️

Can we agree that a GOOD cup of coffee is literally the best start to a day???

SADLY, I recently found out that I am intolerant to coffee so, for the time being, I can no longer have it, BUT I wanted to share my beloved protein coffee recipe with you all so that you can enjoy a delicious cup of joe in my honor😪


Not only does this protein coffee taste delicious, but it's a super easy way to get in 24g of protein to start your day (or at any time of day for that matter!)


Here's what you need:

- your favorite coffee (hot, iced, cold brew, whatever your little heart desires!!)

- milk of choice (I always use unsweetened almond milk, but use what you prefer!)

- Level-1 flavor of choice (yes, the protein you use does matter, many others do not taste the same when introduced to hot liquids or will not keep the same texture! My favorite flavors in coffee are listed below!)


Here's what you'll do:

- Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk of choice to glass or mug

- Add 1 scoop Level-1 to the milk & mix with a milk frother (this is the same tool I use to mix my reds and greens every night)

- Once mixed, add your coffee of choice!


This is suuuuuper simple, BUT the order of operations is really important here! So don't do them out of order and then DM me on instagram asking why your protein coffee is clumpy😉


My favorite Level-1 flavors in coffee are:

- Caramel latte

- Cinnamon cookie batter

- Chocolate banana (just trust me here)

- German chocolate cake
