What is included with the monthly membership?

Our monthly membership includes four different workout programs. Our most popular program is POWER30, a video-based program you can do from anywhere with just a set of dumbbells - all you need to do is press play and follow along with Hannah. You also get access to a strength-based gym program, a home workout program, and our deep core program within the app.

In addition to the workouts, you also receive access to our members-only resources pages to help you learn how to navigate your journey long-term, access to our recipe library with updated menu items and custom nutrition coaching/guidance is also available to members included with their membership.

Members also receive access to our monthly mini challenges to help keep you motivated! 

How do I access the workouts and recipes after signing up?

Once you sign up, you will receive an email with next steps to get access to the members-only portion of the website which includes the link to download your app and access your program resources!

What is the POWER30 workout split?

Monday: Full Body, Tuesday: Shoulders & Core, Wednesday: Legs & Glutes, Thursday: Upper Body, Friday: Full Body

Can I join at any time or do I need to wait for a new challenge to start?

You can join at ANY time! No need to wait 'til Monday, or the next month, or the next challenge!

Our workouts can be modified to be performed at any fitness level and we will show you that you can’t mess this up. You will finally feel in control, find your balance, and become a better version of you.
